Choose from a wide range of authentic Caribbean dishes, which can be changed to suit your taste. We are proud that we only use original recipes, our marinate and sauces are even home made, using only our secret recipes.

Weddings

We can offer anything through from a relaxed buffet style BBQ to a full two or three course meal with servicing staff and drinks service. We can vary the menu to give your guest choice and all dietary requirements can be accommodated.

Private Parties

We can cater for anything from 30 people plus. Our menu can be adapted to suit your taste and we bring all our own cooking equipment to your home or venue.
